Road to Mooloolaba...

DID YOU KNOW.....It will take 21,120 minutes for us to walk from Mornington Life Saving Club to Mooloolaba Life Saving Club.

(14 days and 16 hours = 1,740kms)

Help your Age Group get there first!

To be a part of our Road to Mooloolaba Challenge you just need to keep track of how many minutes you  exercise per day (Monday to Sunday) - then record your weekly total.

Click on your 2020/21 age group below; find your name; and enter your weekly total.

You have 5 weeks to get there!

What exercise can I do?

Anything that gets you moving and gets your heart rate up  

Active minutes can include (anything that involves moving):

Riding your bike, Running, Walking, Exercises on TV, Dancing, Gymnastics, Scooting, Skate boarding, Tennis, Climbing, Shooting hoops, Jumping on the trampoline, Skipping....the list is endless - just keep moving!

So get moving and help your age group get to Mooloolaba first! First age group to reach Mooloolaba wins a zoom with our club coach Harriet!
