To be a part of our Road to Mooloolaba Challenge you just need to keep track of how many minutes you  exercise per day (Monday to Sunday) - then record your weekly total.

What exercise can I do?

Anything that gets you moving and gets your heart rate up  

Active minutes can include (anything that involves moving):

Riding your bike, Running, Walking, Exercises on TV, Dancing, Gymnastics, Scooting, Skate boarding, Tennis, Climbing, Shooting hoops, Jumping on the trampoline, Skipping....the list is endless - just keep moving!
