Competition Requirements:

To be able to compete at Senior Carnivals members must hold the relevant award – refer General Information
​

If you have a new bronze or SRC qualification you require 4 patrol hours by December 31st 2022 to be eligible for the Senior State Champs in 2023
​

If re-qualifying for an award you require 16 patrol hours by December 31st 2022 to be eligible for the Senior State Champs in 2023.

4.30 - 6.30pm
Tuesday - Mills Beach (Paid Competition Training)
Ski - 6:30am (U15+)
Swim - 6pm

4.30 - 5.15pm
Wednesday - Mills Beach (Paid Competition Training)
Iron - 6pm

Water 4.30 - 6.30pm
Beach activities from 5.15pm
