1. To create an account go to: Mornington Life Saving Club Membership registration (click here)

2. Select “JOIN”. ( you have not been a member of a life saving club)

3. Select “Surf Life Saving Club”.

4. Select State “Life Saving Victoria”.

5. Club/Organisation: Type in “Mornington”.

6. ENTER an adult family member first.

7. Enter your name, your date of birth, gender and fill in CAPTCHA Code as requested – Continue.

8. Enter your email, home address,  MOBILE number, emergency contact details.Hint - Type in HOME address first then tick box for postal address

9. Under comments – Type in your Working with Childrens Card Number and any other information we should know eg. Asthmatic

10. Read the declarations and tick as applicable.

11. Submit form.

12. If form does not submit.  Check for any red boxes and fill in missing information.

13. Submit form.

14. This will take you to the payment page.  

15. Click CREATE A FAMILY GROUP and repeat above for all family members over 5 years old

16. This process must be completed for EACH individual in the family.  ALL adult members/guardians in a family must be registered with nippers. 

17. Click here to pay your membership fee(s) online  or pay via bank deposit citing surname as reference.

18. Only one payment per family is required. Payment can be made by credit card online at the end of one family membership.

19. You will receive an email receipt with a link from no-reply@surfguard.slsa.asn.au

20. Membership will not be approved without a valid Working with Childrens card and verification of childrens DOB

21. DOB verification ( passport or birth certificate) can be emailed to admin@morningtonlsc.com.au

25. ALL parents/guardians must be registered with family memberships.

26. Each member of a family MUST BE REGISTERED INDIVIDUALLY. Enter each member’s details separately (e.g. if 4 members of a family, you must register 4 people).

27. Enter the Date of Birth of EACH member of the family, not the DOB of the person completing the registration process.

28. Membership will be only be approved once all parents/guardians have valid WWC cards and childrens DOB verification and payment has been received.

4. Update your WWC to include Mornington Life saving club as an affiliated organisation

5. Contact Admin at: office.morningtonlsc@gmail.com who will assist with your transfer to Mornington Life Saving Club.
