Surf boat rowing with the Club is a fantastic way for qualified life savers to enjoy the very best that the life saving community can offer. It is a sport for people aged 16 or over.
If you are new to rowing, this is a sport that will challenge and reward you in a marine environment. Our priorities are safety, enjoyment and skills. Good rowing will flow from these priorities and you can choose your level of commitment.
New rowers will learn how to row, develop strength and fitness, and gather new friends.
Social rowers will enjoy the feeling of rowing alongside some great personalities within a schedule that suits them.
Experienced rowers will find an environment that will foster their competitive spirit.
If you’d like to try surf boat rowing with the Mornington Life Saving Club please contact Richard Moreton: 0427 158 933.
Mornington Life Saving Club has a proud tradition of surf boat rowing.
