WELCOME TO MORNINGTON LIFE SAVING CLUB ❤️

We are excited to welcome you and your family to the 2026/27 season.

Joining is easy — there are just 3 steps:

​

1. Complete this Mornington membership form
2. Complete your SLS Hub registration
3. Pay your membership through SLS Hub

Please have your WWCC and, for new Nipper members, proof of age ready before you begin.

Please note: Your membership is only complete once both the Mornington LSC form and SLS Hub registration have been completed.

BEFORE YOU START — WWCC

All adults aged 18+ must have a current Working with Children Check.

☐ I already have a WWCC
→ Please nominate Mornington Life Saving Club as your volunteer organisation.

☐ I don’t currently have a WWCC
→ You can apply for one free of charge through Service Victoria.

Please have your WWCC details/card available before continuing.

NEW NIPPER MEMBERS — PROOF OF AGE

If you are registering a child who is new to Mornington LSC, please have one of the following ready:

• Birth Certificate

• Passport

📎 You will be asked to upload this during the registration process.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you submit this form:

1️⃣ Mornington LSC will process your membership application.

2️⃣ You will be directed to SLS Hub to complete your Surf Life Saving registration and payment.

3️⃣ Once we have received and checked everything, your membership will be processed.

4️⃣ You’ll then receive a welcome email from Mornington LSC with:

• 🏖️ Nippers season dates

• 📅 Important club dates

• 📱 Team App information

• 👍 Facebook/social media information

• 📢 How we communicate important updates

• ℹ️ Other information you need to get started
